You should check out Jason Shogreen's work. Way way back in the day he used to do cards under the title "youyesyou", and sold them for $2.50. They were super "darling" just like this. He's now a big shot though and just does art shows so finding his older cards is nearly impossible. Do a google image search for "Jason Shogreen Valentines" and you should be able to see some of them!
